CLEAN FOR HOW LONG: After a report in the RECORD about a dumping site in Lancia Street, Eden Park, where rubbish was almost overflowing into the street, EMM stepped in and cleaned the site. One question remains: how long will the site remain clean before residents start dumping rubbish there again?
