On March 1, at about 14:20, my husband called Fox Security when I was hijacked in my driveway.

Within a very short space of time, the reaction vehicles as well as SAPS and the ambulance service arrived at my house. And this was all thanks to the control room who alerted the necessary officers of the incident.

I am grateful for the prompt response, compassion and dedication shown by all, especially from Fox Security. A security officer patrolled outside my residence on the night of the incident and for about three nights thereafter.

Thank you once again to the Fox Security team, for the outstanding service.
