Bracken High School is competing in the Golden Lions middle school rugby league in pool B this year.

BRACKEN High School is competing in the Golden Lions middle school rugby league in pool B this year.

Bracken High’s league games started on Saturday, April 9, against Carlton Jones High School where all the Bracken teams notched up convincing wins.

The second game of the season took place against Primrose High School at Primrose on Saturday, April 16, where the u.14 team won 33-0, the u.15 team won 35-3, the u.16 team lost 17-12 and The Bulldogs won 15-5.

Bracken High will be playing against Wonderfontein, Allen Glen, Germiston, Nic Diedericks and Vryburger in their remaining league matches. The two top-placed school teams in each age group will then qualify to play in the semi-finals of the Golden Lions league.
