They did not help my child

I CANNOT believe people can be so cruel, especially to my children. My child was not feeling well and I took him to Pola Park Clinic on Saturday morning. When I arrived there the clinic was full but as the line was moving I got really excited. Before we went in a nurse came out to tell us that if we are not from Pola Park they cannot help us. I told the nurse that my child was sick and that our clinic would only be open on Monday. She told me that she was just following procedure. My concern is, how do you send a sick child home without helping him? I walked from Eden Park to Pola Park for nothing. I do not know what is wrong with people these days.
