Amanda A-mangia: Avo and pawpaw salad
Avocado season has begun. Yaay! Here's a delicious nutritious salad for Freedom Day.

2 tbsp red onion, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 avocados, diced
2 cups pawpaw, diced
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss with the lime juice.
