Run for a good cause

True to tradition, the Klipkoppiefees 2016 is offering a variety of activities to suit everyone. One of these activities is the annual 5km fun run.

This fun run is a fund-raiser in aid of Tutela (previously known as CMR – Christian Social Council / Christelike Maatskaplike Raad) in Alberton. The run is scheduled for 07:30 on Saturday, May 28, at the festival grounds, Meyerplaas, Fore Street, New Redruth, Alberton.

An entry fee of R50 per person, with children under the age of six free, will be charged. You can choose for which cause you will run. Wear blue for child protection, yellow for domestic violence, green for feeding schemes and red for other community projects. All funds raised will go toward Tutela, Alberton.

For more information or to enter the race, contact Elrine van Rensburg, officehead and marketing for Tutela, Alberton, on 011 907 2922 or albertontutela@gmail.com
