I have reported the problem of a leaking water meter to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) several times, but nothing has been done.
On May 4, I called them about this and I try to call them once a week, but they keep on saying they have forwarded my complaint to the complaints department and that’s it.
I called on May 24 and 25 and spoke to a woman who said she will get someone to call me back, which didn’t happen, so I called again on May 26, but I am still not getting any joy from them,
that is why I’m asking the Alberton RECORD for help.

The EMM was contacted, but have failed to reply to several emails after more than a week.
