Academy celebrates Father’s Day

CREATIVE Academy celebrated Father’s Day in style, giving dads that feeling that they really are special by spoiling them rotten.
On Wednesday, June 15, the children at Creative Academy treated their dads to beautiful handmade gifts, a line-up of entertainment including a classic car show in their driveway, a meet and greet and autograph session with the Golden Lions Rugby mascot, Mufasa, and various obstacle courses with the playball team.
To complement the fun, dads enjoyed coffee and doughnuts, but the highlight of the day was for the children to spend some quality time with their fathers.
“A huge thank you to all the enthusiastic car owners for displaying their ‘toys for boys’, to Mufasa for your patience and gentle manner with our children and our teachers and assistants for all their efforts in making this day such a success. It was certainly a great way to kick off an awesome Father’s Day long weekend,” said Jenna Axsel, principal and owner of Creative Academy.
