Submit nominations for rugby AGM
Alberton Junior Rugby Club will hold their annual general meeting soon.
ALBERTON Junior Rugby Club will hold their annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, October 12.
The meeting will be held according to the club’s constitution, at the Alberton Rugby Club (Braun Road), at 19:00.
Any new business to be raised should reach the office no fewer than 14 days prior to the meeting, in writing and duly signed by the member.
Only written nominations for official positions will be accepted, seconded by four members and duly accepted by the nominated member, in accordance with item 10.3 of the constitution.
Nominations should reach the office at the latest by 16:00 on the last preceding business day, 14 days prior to the AGM.
A list of nominated members and an order of business will be distributed to members by no later than seven days prior to the AGM.
