I would like to say thank you to an employee at Ekurhuleni named Jennifer Ncita, who I think is the secretary for the customer manager.
No one answers phones at Ekuhurleni, but this lady Jennifer is the only person who does. Whenever I phone I try all the numbers we are supposed to phone but to no avail, and as a last resort I phone her, and bingo! She is always there and is such a nice person. She always sorts out what is needed, in a professional manner, but really always so helpful.
I would just like you to give her a thumbs up in your newspaper, to say that we value people like her working at Ekurhuleni.
