EDEN PARK – “I want to be a billionaire so bad, but the world don’t let me”, that is our famous last words, always blaming people and things for us not reaching our goals in life. Hey! If you want to be somebody, if you want to go somewhere, you better wake up and pay attention! You are born for this and you were prepared to face such challenges. If your dream is to be something then you should go out there and make it a reality because nothing can stop you from following the plan God has for you.
We want our names to be written on stars but we don’t even build our ladders, we want to land on the moon but we don’t even make paper jets, we want the world to recognize our voices but we don’t even build speakers, seems like we forget that we need to start with the man in the mirror. See here, failure does not exist; it is just ways we find that do not work. So stop sitting in a corner and feeling sorry for yourself.
If the world says you cannot paint, you pick that brush up and you paint! Use less of the opinions of this world because what they think of you and say about you are things that make up a reputation and not character. So pick up that brush and paint your life, paint it with that dream, fill in the blank spaces and make your life a portrait.
Let’s face it, every doctor, lawyer, soccer player, singer, actor even CEO was once a cry baby. You can be just whatever you want to be but you need to start by changing the pattern of your mind. You need to look at things way differently than what they are at the moment. Getting there was never easy but there was, and always will be, a way to get there. It might be tough at first but why decide to give up? Why throw your natural born occupation away? After all, choose a job you love, and you never have to work a day in your life!
Nobody’s life is perfect, but what is wrong in making something out of it? What is wrong with making your dreams a reality? You got to live your life so that one day when you wake up to buy a ticket to watch the movie based on your life, you need to get a reply of “Tickets are sold out, sir”.
