Rats breed next door

We have had an abundance of rats lately due to the horrible state of this place.

WE are residents of Mayberry Park and the house next door has grass that stands five feet high (both inside and outside the property) because it never gets cut.

Our neighbours started building another property on their premises about 18 months ago, which is only a third finished and looks a mess.

The property is an eyesore for anyone living next to them who keeps their property in excellent condition in an effort to keep the neighbourhood respectable and a nice area to live in.

We have had an abundance of rats lately due to the horrible state of this place.

Goodness knows what will happen if we ever have to sell, because it will bring our price (house value) right down.

I see from your article that the EMM had not responded to your requests for comment – what can we expect? This is the EMM that we are dealing with – say no more.

The RECORD asked the EMM for comment, but we had received none by the time of going to print.
