IN the early hours of May 6, we were woken up to the sound of breaking glass. Our next-door neighbour’s house was being broken into.
CPS Security’s reaction officer, Nardus Hollander, was contacted immediately to assist. Not once did he question whether the lady was one of their clients before they sent out a response vehicle.
He reacted within minutes and was the first response vehicle on the scene. Five minutes after he arrived, her armed response company arrived. By that time CPS had assisted her. SAPS were contacted as well as paramedics.
