Garden waste being dumped in the street

I was shocked that employees are dumping garden waste.

I would like to complain about the garden waste dumped in Rita Street, Randhart, behind the Alberanté Tennis Club.

I witnessed the garden service dumping the waste and was informed that the City of Ekurhuleni does the garden and grass cutting at the tennis club.

I was shocked that employees are dumping garden waste.

I subsequently called the call centre and they gave me a number to call. When I called, the lady who answered the call knew exactly what rubble I was talking about. She informed me they were not sure who had to remove the rubble, Parks and Recreation or the Refuse Removal.

As Parks and Recreation dumped it in the first place, maybe they should be responsible for the removal.

It has been months and it has still not been removed. So, I would like to know what is going on. It is unacceptable.
