Sassa officers deliver excellent service

Our deepest gratitude for excellent service to the residents of Alberton Retirement Village and elderly people from surrounding areas.

On behalf of the Alberton Council for the Aged and the residents of Alberton Retirement Village, we would like to applaud the staff from the Sassa office in Germiston, as well as from the post office in Brackenhurst dealing with the Sassa cards, in coming to our village on Tuesday, June 12, to assist residents with the swopping of their Sassa cards as well as those who wanted to have their grants paid into a bank account.

Our deepest gratitude and sincere thanks for the excellent service they extended to the residents of Alberton Retirement Village and elderly people from surrounding areas.

The manner in which they conducted this service was far and beyond their normal duties. We have never experienced such kindness, patience, friendliness and efficiency. Approximately 160 elderly Sassa beneficiaries were successfully assisted in a compassionate and kind manner.

To Nthabiseng (Sassa office, Germiston) and her assistants, Dikeledi Tlhoaele, Neo Sebati, Phindile Xaba and Nozipho Xulu, we salute you!

Ronél Mellett, secretary Alberton Retirement Village
