No justice for Stephen’s family?

And to then read that the suspect handed himself over, and was released on bail of R2 000 only to appear in court in August.

I was astounded to read the article in Alberton RECORD about Stephen Jacobs who was stabbed to death.

VICTIM: Stephen Jacobs was tragically murdered by a knife-wielding assailant.

And to then read that the suspect handed himself over, and was released on bail of R2 000 only to appear in court in August.

So what now – end of the story? Finished and klaar?

I must say, besides the article in Alberton RECORD, I didn’t see anything, anywhere in the media about this barbaric crime.

A human life was taken, the suspect is walking free, can actually do it again, or just disappear and never pay for his crime? I am not a vengeful person.

I cannot even imagine how his parents must be feeling right now. I was devastated for them.

There is just no justice anymore? I Googled to find more information or progress or confirmation that the suspect actually committed the crime and nothing. The last article is the one you posted on June 13. So his family must just move on and find closure after such a brutal, barbaric, violent act of hate?

I find it unacceptable and despicable.

Shocked to the core
