Freestyle Martial Arts excel at Top Ten Team Challenge

All 20 competitors from Freestyle Martial Arts Academy won gold in the point sparring at the Top Ten Team Challenge.

TWENTY students from Freestyle Martial Arts Academy competed at the prestigious Top Ten Team Challenge recently.

The Top Ten Team Challenge is a kickboxing event where competitors from all over the country attend to compete.

All of the students from Freestyle Martial Arts Academy won gold in the point sparring event and a further six fighters taking silver and three bronze in the light contact continuous sparring division.

Freestyle Martial Arts Academy is based in Ormonde, Johannesburg South at the Tiffinis Shopping Centre with clubs in Soweto, Kathlehong and Mayfair.

Students train Monday to Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 10am doing many different formats of martial arts. Their ladies and children’s classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 5pm.
