The fun night was held on October 6 at Ascot Mews.
A QUIZ Night fund-raiser to help Matthew le Roux get to the IWF Senior World Championships was held on October 5 at the Ascot Mews.
The evening was a huge success with R90 000 raised for Matthew. Louis Hattingh, the organiser of the Quiz Night, said Matthew will represent South Africa, and that with funds raised, he can now pay for accommodation and a new outfit with which to compete.

Each table host was responsible for the decorating of their own table. People went all out with their costumes. The winner of the night went to the Hippies table. Alberton Pirates got a second place and the‘Van Tonder’ table came third. Other guests were treated to some awesome surprise prizes.

“We just want to thank everyone from Ascot Mews for their support as well as people who donated and supported the night by buying tickets,” said Louis.
