Ratepayers are charged R5.70 each for just this service. The charge initially stated to be not legal but has suddenly been ratified as quite legal because the council saw the freebee untraceable cash in their pockets vanishing.
We must utilise the service we pay for to the full and make sure the money is used for just that purpose.
