THE Sports4Life group organised a series of marathon races, different distances for different age groups and fitness levels, on November 17.
With support and sponsorship from First National Bank, FNB, as well as Eurosteel, the club showcased the Sports4life Sport Development, Education and Medical Care Centre.
Sports4life Sport Development would like to establish them at Wemmer Pan and as a kick start promote canoeing as the safest outdoor sport for women. Other sponsors of prizes included Set Paddles and EDCON Cellular for the paddlers to enter in the competition when paddling.
Glorious hot summer day with some windy corners for a challenge at Wemmer Pan, great racing for all ages, super fun!
