I want to write about parking for the disabled in Alberton, especially at the Second Avenue Spar.
I have never seen so many miracles, especially at this Spar. Disabled people who are miraculously cured and can walk. What ticked me off more is someone who really needed to park in the disabled spot had to look for another parking.
There is this one man who parks on the disabled parking almost every single day to go and buy his newspaper. It is my usual stop before I go to work and I see him almost every day at the Spar.
He’s got such an attitude and makes like he is not doing anything wrong.
I hope he will not need the parking one day and someone who can walk is parked in the disabled parking.
