
The rugby season trials for most of the provincial school sides have commenced and coaches are looking forward to selecting players for the various sides.
The u-18 Craven Week will return to Grey College in Bloemfontein for the first time since 2005 with teams from the different franchises meeting from July 1 to 6.
The Craven Week of the South Africa Rugby Youth Weeks series will run concurrently with the Academy Week at Grey College, while the Learners with Special Education Needs Week (LSEN) will be hosted at the same venue two weeks earlier from June 17 to 20.
The u-13 Craven Week and u-16 Grant Khomo Week will take place at Hoërskool Rob Ferreira in Mpumalanga from June 24 to 28, with the National Girls u-16 and u-18 Weeks returning to Jeppe High School in Johannesburg from June 17 to 21.

Zimbabwe and Namibia will only play in the Academy Week, while the Eastern Province Country Districts (CD), Griquas CD and Border CD will have options to participate in the Academy Week. The u-18 Craven Week will again feature 18 teams and the Academy Week 28 teams.
