WATCH: Joburg Darts Gauteng League starts
The first round of the Champions League took place on February 2.
THE first round of the Joburg South Darts Champions League took place on February 2 at the Kibler Park Recreational Centre. The opening league game saw darts players from various parts of the area compete and have a good time.
In the men’s section, the top positions were taken by father and son from Joburg South with Shawn Hogan in the first place and Duncan Hogan in second. Third on the day was Grant King from Joburg South and Larry Cook from Esda was fourth.
In the Women’s competition, Collette Biljon from Joburg South ended on top. In second was Alexe Rautenbach and in third Louisa Oosthuizen both from Rustenburg. In fourth place was Veronica Primavesi from Central Club.
