SuperHeroes matches entertain

Vodacom Super Rugby teams against the backdrop of SuperHeroes at the Cape Town Stadium.

Cape Town hosted the four South African Vodacom Super Rugby teams against the backdrop of SuperHeroes at the Cape Town Stadium.

The SuperHeroes matches, where the four franchises players were dressed in their SuperHeroes jerseys, were played on February 3.

The Lions took on the Sharks while the North-South rivals, Bulls and Stormers, face each other. The afternoon of Marvel-themed teams entertained the packed crowd to some super pre-season rugby.

The Lions beat the Sharks in a low scoring match (19-14), while the Stormers ran out 33-28 against the Bulls.
