We are currently experiencing load-shedding with the news that more is to come, but Alberton municipality is not helping.
For the past three Thursday afternoons at 4pm, the street lights in Neville Street, Kowi Street, Albasini Street, Mentz Place and Allemanskraal Crescent in Brackendowns were on.
Who knows how long they had been burning before that time? It was when I went home that I noticed them on.
