Sports4life canoeists hard at training

If you would like to start canoeing feel free to contact Sports4life.

THE Sports4life canoeists are hard at practice for the upcoming Gauteng Canoe Marathon Champs on June 1 and 2 and the SA Canoe Marathon Champs held from June 14 to 16. The events will be held at Cradle Moon.

“Canoeing is an amazing sport as it’s the safest outdoor sport for women and also works every major muscle group in the body from the ankle to the neck,” said Pete Russouw of Sports4life. “We start with training and racing in the SA Schools League events from ages six years and upwards.”

Sports4life has been coaching canoeing and hosting canoe marathon events in Johannesburg since 2005 and for those interested in taking up the sport, coaching can be arranged by contacting Pete Rossouw, via email on peter@sports4life.co.za , phone on 082 895 8129 or his website : https://sports4life.co.za
