Ideal for children to learn, the trip starts with a journey via a lift down the mine to see how the miners went about their day, breaking rocks and sending them to the surface for the gold to be extracted.
A live demonstration of how gold was poured and moulded into bars will give learners insight on the shiny metal with its captivating sheen.
