Gold Reef City, SA’s most-loved local entertainment spot, is relaunching the original Jozi Urban Market.
GOLD Reef City is adding to its long list of fun-filled things to do by relaunching the original Jozi Urban Market after a long, cold winter.
With 35 interesting stalls including gourmet coffee, craft beer and gin, fine wines, cocktails, exotic multicultural food, live music, local fashion and art, this urban attraction is definitely the best hangout spot on the first Sunday of each month. The Jozi Urban Market is situated on the fifth-floor covered car park rooftop of Gold Reef Casino, which offers a spectacular view of Johannesburg. The market runs from 10am to 3pm, giving you ample time to catch a meal, relax while sipping a craft gin or beer in the chill area, listen to soft live jazz or have fun with your family in the free Seeff Nerf Battle Zone. There is something for everyone, even car and fitness enthusiasts.
September 1: The Car Show Spectacular of the year!
This adrenaline-fuelled car show, powered by Group1 Renault (The Glen), is an event the whole family will enjoy. Come and experience the thrill of cars competing in two main events – the Show and Shine competition and the Sound Off competition.
The Show and Shine competition is for classic and modern cars and will be judged by reputable classic car enthusiasts.
Entry is R100 for pre-registration and R150 on the day. The Sound Off competition will have your heart racing and your blood pumping.
Pre-registration is R200 or enter on the day at R250 per car.
