KUNG FU is still alive and kicking in the South.

Kaizen Martial Arts Association competed in the South African Wushu Federation’s National and Open Championship in Poortview on August 10.

The tournament coincided with other international events celebrating World Wushu-Kung Fu Day.

The students were highly successful and came back with medals in categories ranging from bare-handed forms and weapon demonstrations to group performances.
