Booysens boxers off to nationals
The national competition will be held in Limpopo from 24 - 29 September 2019.
SOME of the members of the Booysen Amateur Boxing Club held their own at the Gauteng championships and as a result will participate in the South African championships.
The national competition will be held in Limpopo from 24 – 29 September 2019.
Daniel Adams won a silver medal at the Gauteng championship and qualified to go through to the national competition.
Only boxers who achieved gold will advance to this championship.
Sinclair Ness won a gold medal at the provincials in the 32kg division while Matthew Schultz brought back a gold medal in the 41kg and Emmanuel Adams took gold in the 60kg division.
They will be joined by the coaches, Nicky Ness and Mohamed Ryaz Bhyat.
