Mark helped us sell our property in a record time of six days. This was after it had stayed on the market for six months with the previous agent.
Mark took it and sold it in a record six days time and we are happy with the money we got out of the sale, as it will enable us to upgrade and buy a better and finer property.
Besides that, he was very professional when speaking to us and advising us on the value of the property, which we believed was the reason it sold quickly.
He was also upfront with us with information on whatever concerns we had about some imperfections of the house.
We are sad, though, to be leaving our home – it came too soon.
