SAGF to host inaugural South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 event
The Inaugural SA Gymnastics Perfect 10 event will be on December 13.

The SA Gymnastics Federation (SAGF) will be showcasing the best of South African gymnastics at the inaugural South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 event on December 13 at the Rembrandt Hall in Pretoria. SAGF has been nominated for the Federation of the Year by the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture at the annual SA Sports Awards on November 10.
To celebrate all it has achieved this year, SAGF will host the inaugural South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 event. This event forms part of a week of gymnastics action, featuring the AUSC Region 5 international competition, as well as the SRSA SA Schools Summer Games competition.
“We are incredibly excited to host the South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 this year and show South Africa how amazingly talented our home-grown gymnasts are,” said Anne Vermaak, SAGF CEO.
“Not only will the event include the competition element, but it will also showcase gymnastics demonstration, SA’s Got Talent 2015 winner DJ Arch, and fun activities and prizes for the entire family.”
“With Caitlyn Rooskrantz qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics, gymnastics is back on South Africa’s radar again, and we want to build on that excitement.”
The South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 event will be made up of an individual ‘Perfect 10’ competition, as well as a team competition.
The South African Gymnastics Perfect 10 event will start at 4pm and entry to the event will be free of charge. It promises to be a fun affair for the entire family.
