GALLERY: Santa Shoebox brings joy to the children

The children of Eden Park and Phola Park recieved their gifts on November 28.

It was pure delight when children received and opened their very own Santa Shoeboxes.

Santa Shoebox Project, in partnership with Amcare, brought joy to the children of Eden Park and Phola Park on November 28.

The Santa Shoebox Project identifies children who are in need and their name is put on a list from which people can choose a name and make up a shoebox specifically for that child.

Shoeboxes contain toys and sweets to bring Christmas joy as well as some much-needed products like toiletries.

Each of the children identified by Amcare received a box of their own.

Opening their boxes, these children where all smiles and they were eager to show their friends what they found in their very own boxes.
