How did E-toll get my contact details for I haven’t registered

Expressing his concern about E-tolling and not understanding how or who stole his information

I am concerned about the E-toll situation, because they have changed accounts of which I am unaware of. I have paid other additional E-toll fees. The routes in which I have passed have been charged on my account but I haven’t even signed up. Who or where have they stolen or received my personal details from? The people just want money and they are not worried to assist. Why do they add routes and decide to place these routes on roads sending information to say I must just pay.

They have forced me to pay without any help or assistance. They didn’t even worry or look twice to see if the information is valid.

I am not sure if this is a scheme or a way in which they are trying to target me or others.

What streets/roads should we take now?

Someone told me that someone takes pictures of the vehicles and then uses it for E-toll purposes.
