Alberton CPF urges all residents to stay at home

If you see people breaking the lockdown regulations please report

There are many residents and other people who are not complying with the Presidential Instruction to stay at home.

This non-compliance has many repercussions including:

➡️exposing yourself and your family to a serious health risk as well as becoming a carrier for the virus and infecting other members of the public.

➡️It will also result in medical costs which many cannot afford.

➡️Law enforcement has been instructed to clamp down on non-compliance and start arresting and detaining people. Should you be arrested you will now have a criminal record which could affect your current or future employment and future cross border travel or other matters.

➡️It will also affect you financially as you will have to pay for bail, fines and other legal costs.

The above are just some of the repercussions because you cannot or will not follow a simple instruction of stay at home.
