EMM services are improving

I would like to place on record my appreciation for the excellent service received on reporting faulty street lights.

I live in a complex and none of the six street lights work. I telephoned the 0860 number listed in my phone book, the call was answered within two minutes and a reference number SMS’d almost immediately.

It appears that there was some confusion as the Municipality came out but attended to faulty lights in the street outside. I have just had a call saying that this error had been noted and the lights in our complex will be attended to in the next day or so.

I do not know the names of the people I dealt with, but am delighted that customer service has improved to this extent. The Reference Number is 1084680, which should enable the people who gave such good service to be recognised for their efficiency.
