The Bag Lady – recipe correction
Call it old age or something or other but The Bag Lady left out an important ingredient in the Nog 'n Skeppie Baked Pudding!

Good morning ladies (and gentlemen)
An apology to you all who wanted to make the delicious recipe which I put in last week’s Bag Lady column.
I forget to add the sugar – 45ml (3 tablespoons) which you beat with the butter.
Another reader enquired whether the amount of flour was correct and yes, it’s also 45 ml (3 tablespoons).
You’ll find the mixture is quite runny but it thickens up when you bake it.
The cooking time is 45 minutes at 180c but I actually baked it for 55 minutes.
