Rising young boxing stars at Booysens club
Boosens Boxing Club taking on the rest of the clubs in and around Johannesburg.
UP and coming young amateur boxers will be in action when Booysens club will meet with ‘the Rest’.
On Saturday August 16 the boxing fraternity will have a chance to watch amateur boxing at its best. Altogether 24 clubs will be in action. Weigh-in starts at 11:00. Boxing starts at 14:00 at Booysens Boxing Club in Robertsham.
There will also be a chance for everyone to meet double world champion Hekkie Budler and some of the former Booysens South African champions Warren Joubert, Shaun Ness, Hedda Wolmarans and many more as well as Springbok boxers.
The tournament will host some 20 amateur bouts, guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Refreshments will be on sale. The entrance for adults is R30 and children R10.
