Reigning Mrs South Africa, Sarah-Kate Scott, has made history and South Africa proud with the highest ever placing of a Mrs South Africa at Mrs World. Sarah-Kate was placed as the first runner-up in the Mrs World Pageant in Maryland in the United States last night.
