Home Affairs must take elderly into consideration

Home Affairs Alberton is a total disgrace and personnel lack compassion.

Hi there, I would want to report the disgusting service at our Home Affairs in Alberton.

My mother in-law and her sister went to apply for their Smartcards. They are both over 70 years of age. I dropped them off at 07:15. We only got out of there at 14:45.

They weren’t taken to the front of the line seeing that they are old, they had to stand for five hours outside before entering the premises inside. They have hardly any staff; how is this possible seeing that they have all the new technology?

This is an outrage to the elderly. I personally think it is time they are exposed.
