Time trials
Results of the final time trials before the season break saw Barbara Luckemeyer and Glyn Rynhoud as the winners, ending a good running year for them both on a high note.

4km women: Barbara Luckemeyer 16.55, Mandy Rapson 20.08.
4km men: Glyn Rynhoud 15.25, Craig Cloete 15.30, Niel Cillie 15.40, Dale Rynhoud 15.45, Michael Harbinson 15.50, Gavin Pansegrouw 17.15, Jurg Luckemeyer 17.40, Andries Venter 20.01, Avril Barkhuizen 20.37, Keith Jolly 22.50. 8km men: Phillip Webster 36.57.
Time trials were resumed last week and will be continued every Tuesday at 18:00 from the Alberton Sport Stadium in Verwoerd Park.
