We don’t take deposits at Angel’s Confectionary

I am the owner of Angel's Confectionary. As you know, this is a fairly new business and we are unique in the way that we donate/give away half of our profit to our local NPOs. We also offer our products to the local NPOs to market to earn income instead of relying completely on donations.

There has been some fraudulent activity involving the name of Angel’s Confectionary.

It has come to my attention that someone has been going around Alberton North specifically taking orders for muffins, biltong and dry wors and most probably collecting deposits for these orders, as the word is that many people are looking for him as they gave him orders and they want to know where their orders are.

This person also went and made a sizeable amount of debt at a local butchery for biltong and dry wors.

I have not received any orders and/or deposits for muffins, biltong or dry wors personally, and I am not aware of any deposits taken, this has possible been going on since early December 2014 to date.

This came to my attention. I urge anyone who would like to place an order for muffins, biltong and dry wors to contact me directly at angeliquekaltwasser@gmail.com

Please note: I do not take deposits for any orders placed. Unfortunately, if you have given this person any deposits, I am not in a position to refund these deposits and cannot fill your orders as I also suffered a considerable loss during the December holidays at the hands of this person.

If you have given this person deposits, I do suggest you go to the police with the matter.
