This letter comes in a small way, to say a big thank you to CPS.
I have lived in my home for nine years and never had a problem. A week ago I had a rude awakening, when I was faced with an intruder at my bedroom window.
I realised that I had no means to protect my family. Not being able to protect my family that night was a very big frustration and became a big concern thereafter.
Unfortunately, due to my current situation, several issues have hindered me in having armed response. I was now faced with a serious decision to find a backup for the future.
I turned to CPS because I have heard and have read many good things regarding this company. My personal experience in the last week with CPS definitely confirms the same.
CPS was prompt in coming to my home on the same day the incident occurred. They advised me what it would be the best way to secure my home. I was very impressed that Nardus Hollander was more than willing to give me his contact details immediately so that I could use it in the event of an emergency.
This was before even signing up with CPS.
The service that I have received from Tyrone van der Merwe has been exceptional with regards to setting and signing up with CPS.
On a personal note, I would like to thank CPS for understanding my situation and going the extra mile to assist me in getting my security system up and running, incurring minimal cost.
From the contact I have had with Nardus and Tyrone I can clearly see that this is not just a job, but rather a passion.
