Alberton FC Super league starts

Alberton Football Club will be hosting their Super League match at home.

The match will be played on Saturday April 18.

The Super league team is coached by newly appointed Darren Bedworth, who has over 15 years of experience in local and amateur football. His noticeable achievements include winning the super league in 2013.

To initiate a new tradition, the Alberton FC junior players and supporters will form a guard of honour to celebrate AFC’s 48 years of existence.

The team has played three matches, winning their most recent match, and Bedworth has high hopes of the team continuing these winning ways.

Refreshments will be on sale on the day.

All support will be appreciated and encouraged to celebrate the proud tradition of amateur football within the Alberton community.
