ALBERTON- I would like to compliment all the staff and, in particular, the gentleman coordinating the process to renew a drivers licence at the Alberton Licencing Department, in Alrode.

The process is efficient and the staff are very helpful.

I was finished in 45 minutes.

Incidentally, I was advised to go to the Bedfordview Licencing Department the day before.

There was nobody coordinating the process and, after two hours of waiting, I decided to leave.

Congratulations Alberton for a job well done and keep up the great work.
