Alberton athletes in action
Be sure to watch out for the athletes wearing the royal blue and old gold coloured running vests of the Alberton Athletics Club in the final cross-country league meeting at Alberton Dam on Saturday, August 1.
ALBERTON – Enjoy a day of excellent running and support Deon Swanepoel’s Marais Viljoen Club athletes in their light blue and yellow striped vests.
The cross-country action will start at 12:15 with the first boys u.8 race. The main senior races for men and women will start after 14:00.
Alberton’ own, Clinton Swanepoel will be competing in UJ’s orange colours and is one athlete to watch in the senior men’s race.
