ALBERTON — Around 14:30 on Saturday afternoon I called the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality’s (EMM) water and sewage helpline to report a blocked drain.

The service I received was wonderful, all the way from the lady who took the call to the crew who came to fix the problem.

The lady was very polite, cooperative and efficient. Within two hours the crew was there and were done in about 15 minutes.

I had guests who did not even notice what was going on – so efficient was the crew.

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to the team.

With dedication like this I believe Alberton can only go from strength to strength. Well done.
