Putting on the ritz in Alberton

Lisinda Thomas lent her talents to the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) with a glamorous fundraiser.

ALBERTON – Mrs South Africa finalist, Lisinda Thomas, put her skills to work in aid of the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) on Saturday, August 29, with a glamorous Gatsby themed fundraiser at Domino Danté.

The function was well attended by Alberton residents who all dressed in their finest 1920’s garb.

The fundraiser was tightly packed with entertainment as Gail Constance performed a song before the keynote address by Pastor Zoe Harris. A fashion show featuring designs by Joseph Ribkoff and a prize giveaway rounded off the stylish afternoon.
