Cool down with frozen hot chocolate
Hot chocolate is a tradition for a snowy Christmas day, but just because we celebrate Christmas in summer doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy this delicious drink.

By adding ice and ice cream to it you can put a South African twist on this drink and enjoy it on a hot and summery Christmas day.
You will need:
* One and a half cups milk.
* One cup hot chocolate powder.
* One and a half cups vanilla ice cream.
* Four cups ice.
For the topping:
* Whipped cream.
* Chocolate sauce.
* Chocolate shavings.
What to do:
Add the milk, powder, ice cream and ice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate shavings.
Enjoy immediately.
Makes approximately six servings.
