Shades of Grey perform for charities

If you want to host a fundraiser for charity, book Shades of Grey to provide the entertainment.

ALBERTON- Since their first performance in August at Blue Suede Heaven, an Elvis Presley appreciation club, the Shades of Grey group has continued to entertain at several charity fundraisers.

The group that originally formed only to perform for fun at Blue Suede Heaven has not only continued to perform at the Reading Country Club but has also already been booked by the Alberton Lions Club. Shades of Grey were also part and parcel of a fundraising show for The Hudson Initiative Heart Foundation together with the Reading Country Club.

The group does not take payment for their performances and all fees are donated to charity. Thus far they have supported the Alberton SPCA, The Hudson Heart Foundation and Autism SA to name but a few. “This is the reason we want to continue and if anyone would like to host a fundraiser we would be happy to provide the entertainment,” says Laint Hendry, one of the group members.

The group practises at the Reading Country Club on Thursdays. To book Shades of Grey contact Laint at bluesuedeheaven@gmail.com
